- CSS Zen Garden is the quintessential site for modern design practice on the web. Using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), a designer can modify the design of a website without massive re-coding. Modern websites separate content from design making design and content updates easier, more effecient, cross-platform compatible, and accessible to more people and platforms. In addition to my winning entries, my design is featured in the companion print volume, The Zen of CSS Design by Dave Shea and Molly Holzchlag. Both of the designs here use the same HTML template but link to different CSS files to achieve dramatically different designs.
